July 9, 2018 - ICERM is pleased to share the news that Pedro Felzenszwalb, Professor of Engineering and Computer Science at Brown University, has received the 2018 Longuet-Higgins Prize for fundamental contributions in computer vision. The prize recognizes Felzenszwalb's 2008 paper with David McAllester and Deva Ramanan entitled, "A Discriminatively Trained, Multiscale, Deformable Part Model." Pedro is one of the organizers of ICERM's spring 2019 "Computer Vision" semester program.
